Carl Hessell
Director
Carl has been investing in property since 2019, and what started as a passion quickly grew into the vision to build a company doing what he loves. He enjoys every stage of a project, from spotting potential and calculating its value to managing the process and seeing it all come to life. Outside of work, he enjoys networking with other like-minded investors, sharing ideas and inspiration, and spending time with his family, especially taking his little boy to football matches or getting stuck into new home projects.
Ryan Hessell
Business Lead
Ryan is the business lead with a wealth of experience across the financial and property sectors. His career has been built on a deep understanding of project management, strategy, and sustainable growth, which he combines with a practical, people-first approach to business. A keen traveller, Ryan brings a global perspective to his work, drawing inspiration from his worldwide travels and campervan journeys across the UK and Europe. Outside of business, he’s an avid climber who enjoys the challenge and focus that the sport demands, qualities that mirror his professional outlook.
Leanne Hessell
Design Consultant
With a background in Quantity Surveying, Leanne brings a practical and detail-driven approach to every project. She loves combining structure and creativity; finding ways to turn ideas into well-planned, beautifully executed spaces. When she's not on a project, Leanne is happiest walking in the woods, cooking, and finding inspiration in the little things. That creativity often finds its way back into our projects, helping to shape spaces that are both functional and full of character.
